Subway Sued For Short Changing People On “Foot Long” Subs
Two New Jersey men sued Subway this week, claiming the world’s biggest fast-food chain has been shorting them by selling “footlong” sandwiches that measure less than 12 inches.
The internet has been on fire over the last week since pictures were posted online of so called “Foot Long” Subway subs that only measured 11 inches. And now, the first of what will probably be many lawsuits have been filed against Subway for cheating its customers.
I’m a guy who is all for calling corporations to the carpet when the screw us – But lets face it, we are a nation of fat fucks (including me), Subway is actually doing us a favor. Do you really need to eat a foot long pastrami and cheese for lunch?
I don’t know why these to Fat Bastards In New Jersey are suing. If their problem with Subway is that they are intentionally cheating people, I’m all for it. If they are pissed about the missed fat and calories, then maybe they should think about investing in a Richard Simmons “Sweatin’ To The Oldies” DVD.
We all know why the attorney took on the case – Cause he’s a fucking lawyer – Nough Said!
